Therapy
i am the sum of everything that has touched me. the words, the wounds, the wisdom. my practice is to help us feel our humanity; the joy and sorrow, the laughter and tears. to feel safety, maybe even awe, in our many parts.
i support those suffering from dis-ease and chronic pain through parts work, attachment work, and storytelling. i cultivate a loving relationship honor all the past that feeds the present.
i offer a space to surrender, find strength in fragility, and discover the support that lives in grief, community, love, and self honoring.
i practice in the expansiveness of nature because the moon, the trees and the water are our teacher of life. they flourish and die back, wax and wane just as we must remember we do.
i offer sliding scale marriage and family therapy at Church Street Integral Counseling Center in san fransisco, california.
